What's included in the Kit ?

The Yantra Belt is ideal for the lower back and abdomen, but can also split into two belts through unzipping the centre of the belt. It then doubles up as two belts, ideal for the thighs, calves, biceps and even for the feet through standing on each one. There are 2,520 pressure points on the complete Yantra Belt.

The Yantra Rings – ideal for stimulating blood flow through your fingers and relieving tired and aching fingers – ideal if you work at a lap top / or keyboard for long periods and if you suffer from stiff fingers in general.
