The Yantra Mat is versatile enough for you to choose the perfect position to use it. You can lie on it, either on your back or stomach, or by placing it on a chair or sofa, can lean against it regulating how much pressure you apply. For best results you should use the mat against bare skin but until you are used to the effects of the acupressure, you may want to have a thin cotton layer between your skin and the mat.
